All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. We accept card payments and EFT. Full payment must be received before an order is processed and dispatched. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped across South Africa via The Courier Guy. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on location; actual times may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Tracking details are provided once an order is dispatched. All packages are shipped in discreet, secure packaging with no indication of contents. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us at [email protected] within a reasonable time of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
